CQ Water Authority

tap’s team of professionals recently assisted a CQ Water Authority to improve maintenance capability in their mechanical, electrical and general maintenance streams. tap’s primary role was in the provision of oversight and applying professional rigor to scheduled maintenance. The application of sound principal, diligence, knowledge, leadership and experience returned benefit to scheduled asset completion rates increasing from 20% to more than 90% over a 12-month interval. In turn asset reliability increased with a directly proportional decrease in asset breakdown rates resulting in significantly reduced operating expenditure. Significant improvements to scheduled monthly maintenance is a noteworthy highlight to tap’s capabilities.
