The Superintendents role is a complex one overseeing all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion. The Superintendents role is contract focused reporting to the client and is very much separate to the Project Managers role.

tap’s most recent engagement includes the provision of Superintendency services to the Central Highlands Regional Council overseeing the Rolleston Transfer Station Project. tap’s understanding of contractual matters including contractual obligations and relationship management enabled a positive outcome managing numerous defects to specification, scope of work, detailed design drawings and client satisfaction.
